Too often we are hearing senseless crimes being committed in our neighborhoods by young adults and teenagers making poor decisions that impact their lives, the victim’s lives along with the lives of those who love and care for them. Most of these decisions often made by teenagers are results of boredom, anxiety, hopelessness, lack of guidance and support. But what if someone took the time to educate our teenagers and young adults how to cope with their emotions? How to process and navigate difficult situations and not react negatively.  What if they had a place where they could comfortably express themselves and receive positive feedback or reinforcement?  Or even a place where they can burn energy, get in shape and train to be something greater than what their minds could imagine?

We are committed to providing the means to exercise not only your body, but your mind as well. Boxing is a focused sport that requires stamina, patience, coordination, and most of all heart.  Many distractions can deter us in life that will test our mental health and state of mind. Boxing is a great way to release that energy; it helps clear your thoughts as you’re challenging your mind to focus on hand/eye coordination and footwork drills.

Our organization wants to be a haven for not only teenagers and young adults but for the family as a whole.  We will offer free boxing training, youth counseling services, tutoring, college/job preparation and mentorship.
